AIMXP End User License Agreement (EULA)

Important – Please Read Carefully

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and AimXP Software Limited for the AIMXP software product, which may include computer software, media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (“Software Product”). By installing, copying, or using the Software Product, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software Product.

The Software Product is provided on an “As Is” basis. AimXP Software Limited cannot be held responsible for any data loss, user bans, or other issues arising from the use or misuse of the Software Product.

Copyright laws and international treaties protect the Software Product. AimXP Software Limited or its suppliers retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software Product. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.

1. License Grant

Access and Use: AimXP Software Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Software Product via your AIMXP user account. No license key is provided. Access is tied to your authenticated account credentials.

License Validation: License activation and periodic validation require an active internet connection. When you purchase AIMXP, you receive full access to the current major version (e.g. v1), including all feature and maintenance updates within that version. Future major versions (e.g. v2) may be offered as separate paid upgrades.

Trial Period: A free trial version of the Software Product may be offered with time-limited functionality. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid, paid account.

Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by AimXP Software Limited.

2. Other Rights and Limitations

Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software Product, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Component Separation: The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its components may not be separated or used independently.

Use Restrictions: AIMXP is intended for use solely with keyboard and mouse input. It must not be used to bypass security systems or exploit third-party software. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software Product does not violate any third-party terms or game rules.

Support Services: AimXP Software Limited may offer support services. Any supplemental code or documentation provided is part of the Software Product and subject to this EULA.

Data Collection: AIMXP may collect non-personal, anonymized technical data (such as usage statistics or device specs) for analytical and product improvement purposes. No personal or gameplay data is collected without your consent.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND SUPPORT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMXP SOFTWARE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

5. High Risk Activities

The Software Product is not designed for use in high-risk environments or systems where failure could result in injury, death, or severe property damage.

6. U.S. Government Users

If you are a U.S. Government user, the Software Product is provided with “Restricted Rights” as set forth in subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the commercial computer software-restricted rights clause at far 52 227-19 or subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the rights in technical data and computer software clause at dfars 252.227-7013, as applicable.

7. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and AimXP Software Limited regarding the Software Product and supersedes any prior agreements or communications. Note: This license applies only to the version you purchased. Future versions may be licensed separately.
